摘 要:为计算火电厂热力系统中工质参数扰动对热力系统能效的影响,以火电机组热经济性分析的统一物理模型和数学模型为基础,对多元扰动下的热力系统能效分析模型进行积分运算,得到多元扰动下的热力系统能效分析模型的积分模型。以某660 MW超临界机组为例,计算了主汽压、主汽温和再热汽温对机组能效的影响,并将计算结果与原模型和常规热平衡法进行比较,绘制了误差变化曲线,分析了两种模型的误差特点。计算结果表明,积分模型不再需要对热力参数进行偏微分计算,且积分模型与常规热平衡法的相对误差很小。在精度要求不高的情况下,积分模型和原模型均可用于进行热力系统能效分析。In order to calculate the influence of working parameter disturbances on the energy efficiency of the thermodynamic system in thermal power plant, by making integral operation to the energy efficiency analysis model and application of thermodynamic system under multivariate disturbance, based on the unified physical model and mathematic model of heat-economic analysis for the Coal-fired Power Unit, the integral model of the energy efficien- cy analysis model was built. Taking a 660 MW supercritical unit as an example, the influences on the energy effi- ciency of the main steam pressure disturbance, main steam temperature disturbance and reheat steam temperature disturbance were calculated, and by comparing the calculated results with those of the original model and conven- tional heat balance method, the error characteristic curves was drawn, from which the error characteristics was got. The calculation results show that partial differential calculation of thermodynamic parameters is not required in the integral model, and the relative error between the integral model and conventional heat balance method is very small. The integral model and original model can be used to analyze the energy efficiency of thermal system in con- dition of low precision.
