摘  要:建立了空化射流破乳实验系统,确定了空化射流破乳实验方法。以空化射流破乳除油率作为衡量空化射流破乳效果好坏的标准,通过实验研究了表面活性剂质量浓度、油的质量浓度、静置时间、喷嘴入口压力、循环处理次数、靶距对空化射流破乳效果的影响规律。结果表明:与未添加表面活性剂相比,添加少量表面活性剂将使空化射流破乳除油率大幅度下降;空化射流破乳方法主要对不含表面活性剂的模型乳化油废水有一定效果;空化射流破乳除油率随着模型乳化油废水油的质量浓度、静置时间、喷嘴入口压力的增加而增加;循环处理次数较少时,空化射流破乳除油率随着循环处理次数的增加而增加,但循环处理次数过多反而使除油率下降;存在最佳靶距280 mm。Cavitation water jet demulsification experiment system was established, and the method of cavitation water jet de-mulsification experiment was confirmed. Taking the oil removal rate of cavitation water jet demulsification as the criterion of the de-mulsification effect of cavitation water jet, influences of the surfactant mass concentration, oil mass concentration, standing time,nozzle inlet pressure, circulation treatment times and standoff distance on demulsification effect of cavitation water jet were studiedexperimentally. Results show that compared to the case that surfactant mass concentration is zero, with a little surfactant added to it,the oil removal rate decrease greatly. Namely the demulsification method of cavitation water jet mainly has a demulsification effectfor emulsified oil wastewater that surfactant mass concentration is zero. The oil removal rate of cavitation water jet demulsificationincreases with the increase of oil mass concentration of emulsified oil wastewater, standing time and nozzle inlet pressure. When thetimes of circulation treatment is small, oil removal rate increases with the increase of circulation treatment time. And when the timesof circulation treatment time increases to a certain value, oil removal rate decreases conversely. There is an optimal standoff dis-tance of 280 mm.
