摘　　要：目的探讨CT血管成像联合逆行尿路造影诊断下腔静脉后输尿管的临床应用价值。方法对3例CT血管成像联合逆行尿路造影诊断下腔静脉后输尿管的病例进行回顾分析,并对下腔静脉后输尿管的影像诊断方法进行文献复习。结果 CT血管成像联合逆行尿路造影可直观显示输尿管和下腔静脉的解剖关系。结论CT血管成像联合逆行尿路造影,能够在一次检查中获得传统多种方法经多次检查才能提供的影像信息,既可以明确诊断,又可以为术前计划和术中操作提供更多的解剖信息。Objective To investigate the clinical value of diagnosing retrocaval ureter by CT angiography combined with retrograde urography. Methods To sum up the successful experiment of diagnosing retrocaval ureter 3 cases by CT angiography combined with retrograde urography,and the review of literature about the diagnostic ways of retrocaval ureter. Results CT Angiography combined with retrograde urography could visualize anatomical relation- ship of the ureter and the inferior vena eava. Conclusion CT Angiography combined with retrograde urography can visualize anatomical relationship of the ureter and the inferior vena cava, not only can confirm the diagnosis, and can provide more anatomic information for preoperative planning and intraoperative operation.
