摘  要:目的探讨透视下点片在肋骨骨折错位程度评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析115例肋骨骨折患者的临床及影像资料,所有入组患者均行透视下点片及64排螺旋CT检查,比较2种方法对肋骨骨折错位程度及并发症的显示情况。结果 115例肋骨骨折患者共显示肋骨骨折203处,其中透视下点片显示断端轻度或无错位34处,明显错位169处;64排螺旋CT显示断端轻度或无错位57处,明显错位146处。2种方法共显示肋骨骨折并发症107例,其中透视下点片81例,64排螺旋CT 107例。结论透视下点片能更好的评估呼吸状态下肋骨骨折的错位程度,与螺旋CT结合有助于临床预判和减小并发症。Objective To explore the clinic value of spot film in fluoroscopy in evaluating the dislocation degree of rib fracture. Methods Clinical and imaging data of 115 cases with rib fracture were analysed retrospectively. All patients were performed both spot film in fluoroscopy and 64 row spiral CT, and then compare the display of islocation degree and complications of rib fracture in two ways. Results One hundred and fifteen cases of patients with rib fracture showed altogether 203 fractures. Spotting film in perspectivity showed 34 fractures with mild or non dislocation and 169 fractures with obvious dislocation; 64 row CT Showed 57 fractures with mild or non dislocation and 146 fractures with obvious dislocation. Two methods showed altogether 107 cases with complication. In which spotting film in perspectivity showed 81 cases; 64 row CT showed 107 cases. Conclusion Spot film in fluoroscopy can evaluate the dislocation degree of rib fracture better in breathing condition, combining with spiral CT can help clinic to prevent and reduce complications.
