摘　　要：通过对制动缸前盖的工艺分析,初步确定了将其由前期的热压成形改为冷压成形的工艺方案。在模具设计过程中使用JSTAMP/NV软件进行仿真分析和回弹预测,进行虚拟验证,并确定了最终方案。模具制造完成后进行了现场试验,结果表明仿真结果和试验结果吻合良好,实现了制动缸前盖的冷压成形。Through analyzing the process of the front cover of brake cylinder, we got an initial process scheme that the previous hot-pressing forming turn to cold-pressing forming. During the die design, we use JSTAMP/NV software for simulation analysis, the springback prediction and virtual verification, and made the final scheme. We carried out the field test after the completion of the die manufacturing, and the results show that the simulation are consistent with the test results, and we achieved the cold-pressing forming of the front cover of brake cylinder.
