孔子学习观视角下大学生“学习力”的提升路径

摘  要:孔子开创了中国学习思想的先河并为后人留下了宝贵的文化遗产。孔子关于学习志向、态度、目的及方法的独到见解,无一不为当代人提供了有益参考。从孔子学习观视角提出大学生"学习力"提升的有效路径:举办多元化的主题教育帮助大学生树立正确的学习观;采取多样化的手段激发学生学习动力;通过学习策略和方法的调整提升学习能力;通过实践活动促成学习力的生成、转化和提升;注重发挥教风、考风的先导性作用。Confucius initiated Chinese thoughts of learning and left precious historical cultural heritage. Especially,his original view on both the study ambition,attitude,objectives and methods all benefit the modern. The useful methods of promoting learning ability of college students from the view of Confucius' s learning view are as follows. Firstly,we should hold pluralistic theme conferences and lectures to help students to set up a correct learning view. Secondly,we can take diversified means and measures to stimulate the learning motivations. Thirdly,we should improve the learning ability by changing the old methods of learning. Fourthly,it is effective to take part in the multi-layered practical activity in order to bring about the formation,transformation and promotion of learning ability. Fifthly,it is also important to pay high attention to the guiding effects of teaching and exam styles.
