经皮肾镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜碎石术（PCNL）治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月-2016年1月本院的100例行PCNL治疗的上尿路结石患者作为观察组,另选取2010年1月-2013年1月本院的100例采取开放手术治疗的患者上尿路结石患者作为对照组。比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间及结石清除率。结果观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的结石清除率为94%,显著高于对照组的88%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PCNL治疗上尿路结石能够取得良好效果,创伤小、疼痛感轻,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy（PCNL） in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods 100 upper urinary calculi patients treated with PCNL from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,100 upper urinary calculi patients treated with open surgery from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected as the control group.Amount of bleeding during operation,operation time,stone clearance rate in the two groups was compared.Results The amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The stone clearance rate in the observation group was 94%,which was lower than 88% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using PCNL in the treatment of upper urinary calculi can get good clinical effect,with little injury and light pain,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
