止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（VVC）的临床疗效。方法选择我院2014年1月-2015年12月收治的妊娠合并VVC患者168例,按照治疗方法不同分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组（87例）采用止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗,对照组（81例）采用妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗。治疗1周后,比较两组的临床疗效以及4周后的复发情况。结果治疗组有效率为96.55%,显著高于对照组的79.01%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组复发率为7.69%,显著低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗妊娠期VVC可以取得显著的临床效果,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of antipruritic lotion combined with biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation in treating pregnancy associated with vulvovaginal candidiasis（VVC）.Methods 168 patients pregnancy associated with VVC in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment.87 patients in treatment group were used antipruritic lotion combined with biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation,and 81 patients in control group were used biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation.After treatment for 1 week,the clinical effects and recurrence situation after 4 weeks in two groups were compared.Results Effective rate in treatment group was 96.55%,obviously higher than 79.01% in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in treatment group was 7.69%,obviously lower than 27.50% in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Antipruritic lotion combined with biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation in treating pregnancy associated with VVC can get obviously clinical effects,which can decrease recurrence rate and is worth to be popularized in clinic.
