益气复脉注射液治疗血液透析相关性低血压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气复脉注射液治疗血液透析相关性低血压的效果。方法收集我院2010年1月-2015年2月60例血液透析相关性低血压患者,将其随机分成2组。观察组30例采用益气复脉注射液治疗,对照组30例采用0.9%Na Cl注射液治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前后血压的变化及治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的46.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;透析后,观察组血压明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论益气复脉注射液能明显改善透析相关性低血压,升压效果明显。Objective To assess effectiveness of Yiqi Fumai injection in the treatment of hemodialysis related hypotension.Methods 60 patients with hemodialysis related hypotension in our hospital from January 2010 to February2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with Yiqi Fumai injection.In the control group,0.9% Na Cl injection treatment was used.The change of blood pressure and serumcreatinine,blood urea nitrogen,blood routine before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%,significantly higher than 46.7% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after dialysis,blood pressure of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Fumai injection can improve the low blood pressure during dialysis significantly.
