持续床边血滤治疗毛细血管渗漏综合征的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨持续床边血滤治疗毛细血管渗漏综合征的护理要点。方法选取2014年12月~2015年7月本院收治的接受持续床边血滤治疗的毛细血管渗漏综合征患者136例作为研究对象,选取整合护理方案之前的68例患者作为对照组,护理方案改进后接受护理的68例患者为实验组。对比患者及其家属、医生对护士工作的满意度。结果患者及其家属的满意度在护理优化后,实验组护理满意度、应急处理的满意度及人文关怀的满意度明显的高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组总体满意度（94.12%）明显的高于对照组的（80.88%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论持续床边血滤治疗毛细血管渗漏综合征的护理方案进行优化后能够明显提高患者、家属以及医生的满意度,提高工作效率,缓解护患关系,值得在临床实践中深入探索、推广应用。Objective To analyze the nursing points of continuous bedside blood filtration in treating capillary leak syndrome.Methods 136 capillary leak syndromepatients who accepted continuous bedside blood filtration from December 2014 to July 2015 of our hospital were selected as study objects.68 patients who accepted nursing before integrating nursing programs were selected as control group and 68 patients who accepted nursing after improvement of nursing program were selected as experimental group.The nursing points were studied.The satisfaction degree of patients,their familiesand doctors to nurses′ work in two groups were compared.Results Satisfaction of patients and their families after nursing optimization,the nursing quality satisfaction degree,emergency management satisfaction degree and humanistic concern satisfaction degree in experimental group were obvious higher than that of control group,and the difference between two groups was statistical significance（P〈0.05）;The total satisfaction rate was 94.12% in experimental group,obvious higher than that was 80.88% in control group,and the difference between two groups was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion After optimization the nursing project of continuous bedside blood filtration in treating capillary leak syndrome,which can obvious enhance the satisfaction degree of patients,their familiesand doctors,enhance work efficiency,Alleviate the relationship between nurse and patient,and is worth to deep explore and popularize using in clinicalpractice.
