论法律e化教育对传统法学教育的优化

摘　　要：法律e化的出现及其在立法、司法、法学研究和法律服务领域的广泛应用已经改变了法学教育所面临的社会环境,从而引发了法律e化教育的开展。法律e化教育不仅可以通过教材的数字化、课堂的翻转化、法律实践的虚拟化和考试的多元化等方式全面优化传统的法学教育,而且还可以优化师生关系,有利于学生进行自主学习。但法律e化教育也给学生和教师提出了更高要求,需要师生协力共同促进学生利用法律e化教育平台进行自主学习和实践。After the emergence of Electronic Law, it is widely used in the legislation, judicial administration, legal research and legal services, which has changed the environment of legal education and led to the coming of the Legal E-education. The Legal E-education will not only improve the traditional legal education by digital textbooks, diversified legal classroom, virtual legal practice and simulation examination, but also opti-mize the relationship between teachers and students, help students to develop the ability of self-learning. The success of the Legal E-education needs the cooperation between teachers and students to improve the ability of autonomous learning and practice.
