摘 要:将稻壳炭化后经KOH浸泡及焙烧活化制得稻壳活性炭,再利用超声波辅助AgNO_3溶液浸渍及HNO_3酸处理,制得改性稻壳活性炭。采用XRD、SEM、BET、FT-IR等手段表征样品,利用含噻吩模拟油填充床实验,研究改性稻壳活性炭吸附脱硫性能,并利用吸附模型方程对吸附过程进行热力学及动力学分析。结果表明,AgNO_3浸渍并焙烧后形成Ag微晶颗粒分散于活性炭表面,HNO_3酸处理会增加活性炭表面酸性含氧官能团数量;改性后稻壳活性炭吸附脱硫能力增加,4种活性炭的吸附脱硫能力从大到小依次为Ag-HNO_3-AC、HNO_3-AC、Ag-AC、RH-AC;Langmuir等温吸附模型、准n阶动力学吸附模型、Weber-Morris内扩散模型能较好地说明改性稻壳活性炭吸附噻吩的作用机理。Carbonized rich husk was soaked in KOH solution and then activated through high temperature calcination to get the rich husk activated carbon (RH-AC),which then was treated by AgNO3 solution impregnation accompanying with ultrasound assisted and HNO3 oxidation to get the modified rice husk activated carbon. These products were characterized by XRD, SEM, BET and FT-IR, and their adsorption desulfurization performances were evaluated with thiophene-containing fuel as model fuel by fixed-bed column experiments. Then the adsorption data were fitted with adsorption models for thermodynamic and kinetic analysis. The results revealed that Ag crystal particle active sites formed on RH-AC by the AgN0 3 impregnation process and acidic oxygen containing functional groups on surface increased after HNO 3 oxidation. T h e adsorption capacities of Ag-HNO3-AC, HNO3- AC , Ag-AC and RH-AC adsorbents for thiophene decreased in turn. The Langmuir adsorption model, pseudo-n-order equation and Weber-Morris intra-particle diffusion model were well explained the mechanism of thiophene adsorption on modified RH-AC.
