摘  要:以SBA-15介孔分子筛为载体,采用浸渍蒸发法制备了SbCl_3/SBA-15催化剂。采用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、FTIR、NH3-TPD和TGA-DSC对其进行表征。以苯与氯化苄进行苄基化反应,考察了SbCl_3负载量、焙烧时间、焙烧温度对催化剂催化性能的影响,以及催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,当Sb负载量为10%(质量分数)、焙烧时间为5h、焙烧温度400℃时,制备的SbCl_3/SBA-15催化剂的苄基化反应催化活性最高,且稳定性良好。SbCl3 /SBA-15 was synthesized with SBA-15 mesoporous zeolite as a carrier by the method of wetness impregnation, and characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption, FTIR, NH3-TPD and TGA-DSC. The effects of Sb-loading, calcination time and temperature on the catalytic properties of the prepared catalyst and its stability for the benzylation of benzene and benzyl chloride were evaluated. It was shown that the SbCl3/SBA-15 with 10% loading amount of Sb and calcinated at 400℃ for 5 h exhibited the highest catalytic activity and good stability.
