摘 要:磷铝分子筛被称为第三代分子筛,是一类以磷酸铝为骨架的多孔材料。其结构规整,并具有良好的热稳定性和水热稳定性。磷铝分子筛可用作催化剂载体和吸附剂,亦可通过掺杂其他金属原子进行改性而实现催化性能。磷铝分子筛对有机反应具有良好的催化效果,在石油化工、功能材料等领域有良好的应用前景,是一类极具潜力的新型分子筛。综述了近年来磷铝分子筛的研究状况,主要介绍磷铝分子筛及改性产物最新的研究进展。同时,总结了磷铝分子筛作为催化剂和吸附剂的最新研究成果,概述了其在其他领域的应用,并对磷铝分子筛的发展前景作了评述。Aluminophosphate molecular sieves(AIP04-n) is a new kind of porous materials, whose framework consists of aluminum phosphate. Due to its excellent thermal stability and long-range order structural properties, it is often functioned as catalyst carrier for catalysis and as adsorbent for adsorption. Furthermore, modified aluminophosphate (MeAPO) itself can be used as solid-acid catalyst. Aluminophosphate molecular sieves presents a good catalytic activity to organic reactions such as oxidation, group transfer and dehydration, therefore it is widely applied in the areas of petro-chemistry and functional materials, etc. , and is of great potential in industry. In this paper, recent research for synthesis and applications in each field of aluminophosphate molecular sieves is reviewed, focusing mainly on the product with special framework and applications for catalysis. Besides, the prospect of aluminophosphate molecular sieves is discussed.
