类风湿关节炎伴恶性实体瘤6例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)并发恶性实体瘤患者的特点。方法回顾性分析2001年9月～2015年9月在我科随访的RA伴发恶性实体瘤患者6例,并复习文献探讨RA并发肿瘤的风险。结果 6例RA伴发恶性实体瘤均为老年人,消化系统恶性肿瘤占4例,大部分发生在RA诊断后,1例肿瘤发生在RA诊断前。结论文献中的结论与已有研究存在差异,需要进一步的大样本研究。Objective To explore the characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis with malignant solid tumor. Methods Retrospectively analysis was given for the 6 patients of rheumatoid arthritis with malignant solid tumor followed up in our hospital between September 2001 and September 2015,and the paper on rheumatoid arthritis and risk of malignant tumor was reviewed. Results The 6 rheumatoid arthritis patients with malignant solid tumor were all aged.Among them,4 cases were with tumors in digestive system,and the majority had the tumor after the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis,only one was exception. Conclusion The results of the reviewed papers are different from existing research.Further large sample trials has be needed.
