基于云服务的危化品安全管理模式研究

摘　　要：针对当前危化品事故频发的现状,梳理了国家的监管体制、机制,分析了行业安全管理存在的问题。针对企业安全管理和政府监管开展了业务提升研究,提出了企业标准化达标整体解决方案,通过建立危化品安全生产云服务平台,明确了政府监管功能和重点,提升监管效率。Aiming at the current status quo of frequent accidents of hazardous chemicals,combing the country＇s regulatory system,mechanism,analyzing the industry safety management problems. To promote the standardization of compliance as the core,combined with hazardous chemicals,small and micro business management features for enterprise safety management and government regulators to carry out business improvement research,the standardization of enterprise compliance overall solution was proposed; based on the current government model,the hazardous chemicals production safety cloud services platform was set up,and government regulatory functions and focus were cleared,the efficiency of supervision was enhanced as well.
