摘　　要：从引流剂质量、出钢温度、过程时间、操作因素及钢种情况等方面分析了它们对钢包自开率的影响,通过对现场生产数据的统计,得出了相应的结论,据此提出了一些可行的建议。From the aspect of drainage agent quality, tapping temperature, process time, operational factors and steel grade, the effect of them on ladle free opening rate is analyzed. Through the field production data statistics, the corresponding conclusions are achieved and some feasible suggestions are put forward.
