摘  要:[目的]探讨基于自我效能理论的盆底肌锻炼对女性压力性尿失禁、阴道压力及性生活满意度的影响.[方法]选择压力性尿失禁女性患者80例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各为40例,对照组给予相关健康教育,实验组给予基于自我效能理论的盆底肌锻炼治疗,时间均为6周,比较干预前后两组患者尿失禁症状、阴道压力及性生活满意度.[结果]干预后实验组尿失禁症状评分明显低于对照组,阴道压力及性生活满意度评分明显高于对照组.[结论]基于自我效能理论的盆底肌锻炼可缓解女性压力性尿失禁症状,改善压力性尿失禁女性阴道压力及性生活满意度.OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of pelvic floor muscles exercise based on self-efficacy theory for women on stress urinary incontinence, vaginal pressure and sexual satisfaction. METHODS 80 women who had the symptoms of stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 women in each group. The control group was taken health education, and the experimental group was applied pelvic floor muscles exercise based on self-efficacy theory for 6 weeks. The symptoms of urinary incontinence, vaginal pressure and sexual satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention in the two groups. RESULTS After the intervention, the symptom scores of urinary incontinence of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the scores of vaginal pressure and sexual satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group. CONCLUSION Pelvic floor muscles exercise based on the self-efficacy theory could alleviate the symptoms of stress urinary incontinence, and improve vaginal pressure and sexual satisfaction.
