左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗尿毒症性周围神经病变64例临床观察

摘　　要：[背景]观察左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗尿毒症性周围神经病变的临床疗效.[病例报告]选择128例尿毒症性周围神经病变患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规血液透析治疗,实验组给予左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果见,实验组治疗后传导速度较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).[讨论]左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗尿毒症性周围神经病变具有较满意的疗效,且可操作性强.BACKGROUND To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of L-carnitine combined with hemodialysis on uremic peripheral neuropathy. CASE REPORTS 128 patients with uremic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis; and the experimental group was treated with L-carnitine combined with hemodialysis, the clinical effects were compared. The results showed that the conduction velocity was significantly improved after the treatment in the experimental group（P〈0.05）, and the total efficiency of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. DISCUSSION L-carnitine combined with hemodialysis had better clinical effects on uremic peripheral neuropathy, and the maneuverability was strong.
