针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗30例神经性耳鸣临床观察

摘　　要：[背景]观察针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效.[病例报告]选择神经性耳鸣患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例.对照组给予针刺治疗,治疗组给予针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗,30d后观察两组疗效.对照组总有效率为76.6%,治疗组为85.4%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.834,P<0.05).[讨论]针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗神经性耳鸣临床疗效较好.BACKGROUND To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with Orifice-freeing and blood-quickening decoction on nervous tinnitus. CASE REPORTS 60 cases of tinnitus patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in per group. The control group was treated with acupuncture; and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and Orifice-freeing and blood-quickening decoction, the clinical therapeutic effects were observed after 30 days. The total effective rate was 76.6 % in the control group, while 85.4 % in the treatment group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（χ^2= 8. 834, P〈0. 05）. DISCUSSION Acupuncture combined with Orifice-freeing and blood-quickening decoction had better clinical effects on nervous tinnitus.
