摘　　要：分析气流床粉煤激冷、粉煤废热锅炉、水煤浆气化的运行瓶颈和薄弱环节,通过对这3种气化技术的维修、开停车费用进行对比分析,论述开停车及检维修对不同气流床煤气化技术以及相关煤化工工艺装置的影响,探讨煤气化技术的选择并提出建议。This paper introduced the restricting factors of three entrained-flow coal gasification pro- cesses： pulverized coal gasification with quenching process, pulverized coal gasification with waste heat boiler process, and coal slurry gasification process. Their startup and maintenance cost was quantitatively analyzed. These three entrained-flow coal gasification technologies and their influence on startup and maintenance cost of the whole plant were established, and the suggestion for coal gasification technology selection, based on startup and maintenance, was presented.
