摘  要:编码器在装调完成后,需要对其进行精度检测,以此来确认是否满足验收条件。在精度检测过程中,通常检测人员进行手动操作,为减轻编码器检测的人工负担,提高检测效率,设计了一种编码器检测系统。首先,介绍了精度检测系统的工作原理;然后,根据工作特性,设计了检测系统的软件及操作界面;最后结合实际检测产品对该系统进行了测试,给出了精度检测结果,结果表明该精度检测系统能够准确、方便的实现检测功能,达到预期的设计效果,具有广泛的应用价值。After adjustment of the encoder, it is necessary to carry out the precision testing, in order to confirm whether to meet the conditions of acceptance.In the process of precision detection, the manual operation is usually carried out by the test personnel. In order to reduce the artificial burden and improve the detection efficiency, the paper designed a kind of encoder detection system. First, the working principle of the precision detection system is introduced. Secondly, according to the work characteristic, the software and the operation interface of the detection system are designed. At last, the system is tested with the actual test products, and the accuracy of the test results is given. The results show that the precision detection system can accurately, conveniently realize detection function and achieve the desired results, having a wide range of application value.
