摘 要:目的 探讨PDCA循环在促进肝病内科病房抗菌药物合理使用的效果。方法 选择肝病病房的患者为研究对象,利用PDCA循环对抗菌药物的使用进行管理,对管理前后每个月病房抗菌药物使用率和抗菌药物使用强度进行对比分析。结果 通过对管理开始前13个月(2013年1月至2014年1月)的抗菌药物使用率和抗菌药物使用强度进行分析,查找原因并设立改进目标,2014年2~6月进行第1轮PDCA循环,针对发现的问题,于2014年7月至2015年5月进行第2轮循环,使平均抗菌药物使用率由45.6%降至36.1%(P〈0.001);平均抗菌药物使用强度由33.4降至25.1(P〈0.001)。结论 实施PDCA循环管理可有效促进肝病内科病房抗菌药物的合理使用。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycles on promoting the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in ward of liver diseases. Methods PDCA cycles were used to manage the use of antimicrobial drugs. And then, the antibiotics use rate(AUR) and antibiotics use density (AUD) before and after the PDCA cycles were analyzed. Results The data of the AURs and AUDs in the 13 months (from January 2013 to January 2014) before and after PDCA cycle were analyzed. The reasons of irrational use of antibiotics were identified and set up the goal of improvement. And then, the first round of PDCA cycle was carried out from February 2014 to June 2014. For the problems identified, a second round of PDCA cycle was conducted from July 2014 to May 2015. As a result, the average AUR dropped significantly from 45.6% to 36.1% (P 〈 0.001) and the average AUD also decreased from 33.4 to 25.1 (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion The management of PDCA cycles can effectively promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in ward of liver disease.
