摘  要:考虑到船艇工况变化通常会影响轴系振动疲劳寿命,提出了一种基于工况-时间分布规律的寿命预测方法.首先,利用信号处理方法,将该轴各工况下的应力-时间变化曲线转换为各工况各谐次下的应力幅值;其次,利用轴系材料疲劳曲线,得到各工况各谐次下的疲劳寿命,并基于工况-时间分布规律,利用Miner累计损伤理论叠加估算得到该轴的振动疲劳寿命;最后给出了该方法的应用实例,验证了方法的有效性.Considering a change of running state often effects vibration fatigue life of ship,a life prediction method for ship shafting based on running state-time distributing was proposed.Firstly,the stress-time curve of some running state is converted into the stress amplitude of some running state and some harmonic by applying signal processing methods.Secondly,the fatigue life of some running state and some harmonic is obtained by applying fatigue curve of the shafting,and the fatigue life of the shafting is obtained by applying Miner cumulation damage theory based on running state-time distributing.Finally an apply case was given,which demonstrated the feasibility of the method.
