摘 要:目的了解北京市朝阳区游泳场馆水质卫生状况,探索游泳场馆卫生监管中存在的问题,提高游泳池水质合格率,保障游泳者的身体健康。方法根据《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》(GB/T 17220-1998)进行采样,按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)、《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》(GB/T 18024-2000)进行检测,依据《游泳场所卫生标准》(GB 9667-1996)进行评价。结果 2012-2015年,游泳池水质合格率分别为82.28%、76.96%、88.39%、92.64%,趋势性具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。水质检测项目中,游离性余氯和尿素的合格率较低,分别为65.40%和67.26%;各游泳场馆卫生管理制度落实情况合格率在90%以上。结论朝阳区2012-2015年游泳池总体卫生状况较好,但卫生监督部门要加强泳池水游离性余氯和尿素的监测,提高优秀量化分级的比例,为游泳者提供安全的游泳环境。Objective To understand the sanitary status of swimming pools water in Chaoyang district of Beijing, explore the problem of health inspection in swimming pools, improve the water qualified rate of swimming pools, protect the health of consumers. Methods The water sample was collected based on"Rules of Health Monitoring for Public Place"(GB/T 17220-1998), the water was detected based on"Hygienic Standard Test Method for drinking water"(GB/T 5750-2006)and"Hygienic Standard Test Method for Public Places"(GB/T 18204-2000), and the evaluation was based on"Health Standards for Swimming Pool"(GB 9667-1996). Results the qualified rate of swimming pool water during 2012 – 2015 was82.28%, 76.96%, 88.39%, 92.64%, respectively. The trend was statistically significant(P〈0.001). Among all detection index, the qualified rates of chlorine(65.40%)and urea(67.26%)were relatively low; the qualified rate of the health management system implementation was over 90%. Conclusion the sanitary status of swimming pools is all right, but health inspection department should pay more attention to the monitoring of chlorine and urea, improve the ratio of excellent quantitative classification, provide the safe environment for swimmers.
