摘　　要：目的为掌握重庆市公共场所棉织品社会洗涤服务单位的卫生状况,排除卫生安全隐患,为制订规范性文件提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方式选取重庆市15个区县辖区内所有公共场所棉织品洗涤服务单位为调查对象进行问卷调查,对每个区县内3家以上(不足3家的全做)单位清洗后的棉织品做细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌检测。结论该行业在卫生管理方面存在卫生安全隐患,细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌的检测合格率分别为99.51%、100%、100%,提示该行业应加强并完善规范化的卫生监管。讨论卫生计生部门应尽快制定相应规范为公共场所棉织品社会洗涤服务单位的卫生管理提供依据,加强监管减少安全隐患。Objective It＇ s in order to grasp the health problems of social units those offer public places washed cotton fabric in Chongqing,and to standardize orders in its market.Methods All social units those offer public places washed cotton fabric, in 15 districts or counties selected by stratified random sampling, in Chongqing, were investigated by questionnaires.Each area choosed three or more sampling in different units to test the total bacterial count, coliform bacteria, staphy- lococcus aureus. Results Due to a lack of health supervision,those units had hidden trouble in health management.The total bacterial count, coliform bacteria and staphylococcus aureus qualified rate respectively is 99.51%, 100%, 100%. Conclusion The health authorities should take reasonable measures ,to effectively manage social units those offer public places washed cotton fabric and improve its health status in Chongqing.
