摘 要:采用萘系高效减水剂与掺有粉煤灰、矿粉、复合粉等矿物掺合料的水泥,在不同温度下进行水泥流动度试验,测定水泥净浆流动度,分析粉煤灰、矿粉、复合粉、温度等因素对水泥与萘系减水剂相容性的影响,研究结果表明:粉煤灰、矿粉、复合粉可以改善水泥净浆流动度;温度升高抑制水泥净浆流动度;复合粉中的粉煤灰、矿粉对水泥净浆流动度促进作用不是简单的叠加关系,而是相互影响的;在改善萘系减水剂与水泥相容性方面,粉煤灰>矿粉>复合粉>空白.The cement paste fluidity which was blended naphthalene superplasticizer and cement mixed with mineral admixture such as fly ash,mineral powder and composite powder was used to test initial fluidity of cement paste at different temperature,and to analyze the influence of fly ash,mineral powder,composite powder,and temperature on compatibility of cement with superplasticizer.The results show that fly ash,mineral powder and composite powder can improve the cement initial fluidity;the rise in temperature can suppress the initial flow of cement paste;the promotion action of the composite powder of fly ash and mineral powder on initial fluidity of cement is not a simple line relation but a complex one;in improving the compatibility of naphthalene series water reducing agent and cement,fly ash is greater than mineral powder,mineral powder is greater than composite powder,and composite powder is greater than nothing.
