摘　　要：阿伦特在其代表性论著《极权主义的起源》中不吝笔墨地剖析了帝国主义及其与极权主义的隐密逻辑,图绘了关于帝国主义的理论。那么,阿伦特究竟如何理解帝国主义的呢?她把帝国主义看作一种扩张现象,这既非霍布森式的经济政治分析模式,也异于列宁的唯物主义方法。帝国主义提供了后来聚合为极权主义的元素,它为扩张而扩张的实质设定了一种全球征服模式,民族国家的衰落破坏了用来保护的制度架构,种族主义为扩张找到了理由,资本与暴民的联盟提供了征服的动力。In her representative book The Origin of Totalitarianism,Hannah Arendt analyzed imperialism and its covert link with totalitarianism and outlined the theory on imperialism. Then,what is Arendt＇s view of imperialism？ In her view,imperialism is a phenomenon of expansion,which is different from not only Hobson＇s economic and political analysis model but also Lenin＇s materialism approach. Imperialism has provided elements to be later aggregated into totalitarianism and set up a global conquest mode for the essence of expansion,for with the destruction of system frames of protection following the decline of the nation state,racialism has become the cause for expansion while the association between capital and mobs has supplied power for expansion.
