摘　　要：利用三峡库区582个移民户的调研数据,在探讨就业质量对移民社会融合影响的基础上,验证了社会网络的中介效应作用。结果显示:第一,工作生活满意度、社会保障、收入和福利、职业发展前景、社会网络与移民社会融合均呈现出显著正相关的特征;第二,社会网络在就业质量与移民社会融合两者之间发生部分中介效应作用。Based on employment quality＇ effect on the immigrants＇ social integration, this paper tests the mediating effect of social network by the survey data of 582 immigrant families in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Results show that, firstly, the satisfaction of working life, social security, income and welfare, prospect of career development, social network and immigrants＇ social integration have significantly positive correlation. Secondly, social network has partial mediating effect on the relationship between employment quality and immigrants＇ social integration.
