城市外延性扩张与区域经济增长——基于东北三省老工业基地的实证研究

摘　　要：通过对东三省2004-2014年二三产业增加值、资本存量、二三产业从业人数、城市建设用地面积四项数据,采用空间计量分析的空间误差模型和空间滞后模型,对国有建设用地投入与经济增长关联性进行分析,发现东三省尤其是吉林省长期以来的土地供应和土地财政制度逐步降低了土地的使用效率,进而降低了资本使用效率,导致国有建设用地投入和二三产业经济增长出现了负相关。说明东三省原来的经济增长模式已经不具有可持续性,转变粗放式经济发展模式已经到了关键节点。Based on the data of the added value of tertiary, capital stock, the number of employees of tertiary industries and the land area of urban construction from Statistical Yearbook of the Three Northeast Provinces of China from 2004 to 2014, this paper studies the correlation between the state-owned construction land investment and economic growth by spatial error model and spatial lag model. Result showes that, the Land supply and land financial system in three northeast provinces of China, especially Jilin province, reduces the efficiency of land use, and even more deeply reduces the efficiency of capital use, which causes the state-owned construction land into secondary and tertiary industry and economic growth in the negative correlation. It indicates that the original model of economic growth in three northeast provinces of China has been unsustainable, so it is urgent to change extensive economic development mode.
