摘　　要：立足于传统空间划分模型中的势能模型,通过建立物流园区综合实力指标体系修正原始模型中"规模"参数,并引入作为物流园区存在前提条件的通达性因素测度"距离"参数,进而运用基于通达性分析的改进势能模型界定物流园区的辐射范围。最后,以四川省成都市新津物流园区为例,在GIS软件中对改进的势能模型进行实证检验。Based on the potential model in the traditional space-division models, this paper establishes the index system of the logistics park overall strength to modify the ＂scale＂ parameter in the original model. At the same time, it introduces the accessibility as a prerequisite for the existence of the logistics park to measure the ＂ distance＂ parameter in the original model. Based on the accessibility analysis, it proposes the improved potential model to define the radiation scope of logistics parks. Finally, taking Xinjin logistics park of Chengdu in Sichuan Province as an example, it empirically tests the improved potential model by GIS software.
