摘  要:云南磷化集团有限公司50 t/h的熔硫装置因原料中的块状硫磺和多种机械杂质导致给料阀易堵塞,供料不稳定,快速熔硫槽效率得不到充分发挥,液硫产量下降。同时,机械杂质的存在造成液硫输送泵、过滤机等设备严重堵塞,制约了液硫产量,影响了制酸装置的原料供应。对此,通过改造固体硫磺供料阀,提高了物料通过性,改善调节性能,有效解决固体硫磺供料不稳定的问题。采用前置液硫粗过滤装置有效分离机械杂物,从而避免设备堵塞。通过改造,提升了装置产能和稳定性,并有效解决熔硫工序中存在制约生产的堵塞问题。It is introduced that the bulk sulphur and several kinds of mechanical impurities in the material led to blocking of feed valve, feed instability,ineffective molten sulphur tank and decrease in liquid sulphur output in 50 t/h molten sulphur plant of Yunnan Phosphorus Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.. Meanwhile, the existence of mechanical impurities made serious blocking of liquid sulphur delivery pumps and filters, restricting liquid sulphur output,influencing material supply of sulphuric acid manufacture plant. According to the ease, the company raised traversing property of material, improving regulating performance, solving the problem of unstable solid sulphur feed by reforming solid sulphur supplying valve. Application of preposition liquid sulphur coarse filtration device separated mechanical impurities effectively, avoiding blocking of equipment. The renovation increased the capacity and stability of plant, solving blocking that restricted the manufacture of molten process effectively.
