摘　　要：通过分析大学生创新能力培养存在的问题,提出了分别从管理制度的完善、课堂教学的改革、激励机制、项目式管理等措施为学生提供良好的创新平台,由科技竞赛来促进创新能力的提高。基于以上措施,结合学生近几年参加科技竞赛的状况可见,学生创新能力得到了显著提高。By analyzing the problems of College Students＇innovation ability, we have made some reforms including improving the management system, reforming the classroom teaching, incentive mechanism, project management, etc.We can promote the cultivation of innovation ability through the science and technology competition .At last, combined with the situation of our school students, through the reform, more and great progress have been made in terms of innovation ability.
