摘  要:介绍半水-二水法磷酸的工艺流程及与二水法、半水法的对比。重点围绕节能降耗,从原材料消耗、能耗、公用工程消耗和经济效益方面比较半水-二水法工艺与二水法的不同,同时介绍半水-二水法在产品品质方面的优势,包括对产品磷酸、副产品磷石膏和下游肥料质量影响。半水-二水法磷酸总能耗仅为二水法的48%,生产每吨P_2O_5成本节约151元(以w(P_2O_5)54%计),且产品品质更好。该工艺有良好的应用前景。The technical process of hemi-dihydrate process phosphoric acid technology is introduced. The comparison between hemi-dihydrate process and, dihydrate process, especially in the aspect of energy saving and consumption reducing, including raw material consumption, energy consumption, public project consumption and economic benefit, is emphatically introduced, and at the same time the advantages of hemi-dihydrate process phosphoric acid in product quality, including phosphoric acid, phosphogypsum, and the fertilizer downstream product are outlined. Compared with dihydrate process, the total energy consumption of hemi-dihydrate process is reduced by fifty-two percent, the production cost is saved by 151 RMB Yuan per ton (based on w (P2O5)54%), and the product quality is superior. The application foreground of hemi-dihydrate process is better.
