摘　　要：介绍自动定量包装秤的结构组成和工作原理,以及各部件的主要作用。对使用中的常见故障,如称量不准、气缸不动作、夹袋器不动、底门提前关闭、夹袋不紧、称量后物料继续增加或减少等进行分析,并提出处理方法。The system structure, working principle and the main function of each parts of automatic rationed packing scales are briefly introduced. The common failures in daily use such as inaccurate weighting, inaction of air cylinder, immobility of sackholder, early closing of bottom door, not tight of clip bag, material continual increasing or decreasing after weighing etc. are analyzed, and the processing method is proposed.
