摘　　要：针对通信领域对后备电源的需求,开发了磷酸铁锂体系锂离子电池,通过材料选型、配方优化、电解液体系改进等方面的研究,制备了40 Ah单体电池,该电池在常温、高温、低温循环性能、倍率性能、耐浮充性能等方面均表现优异,并通过了过充电、过放电、短路、针刺、挤压安全性能测试,显示了良好的安全性能。A kind of lithium-ion cell with high capacity of 40 Ah LFP was developed to meet the requirements of backup power sources by research on material selection, electrode formula optimization and electrolyte system improvement. The cell shows good cycle life, rate performance, floating charging performance, high and low temperature performance. A sedes of abuse tests were performed including external short circuit, over discharge and overcharge tests. The results of safety tests show no hazardous results such as electrolyte leakage, venting or fire.
