Study on extra-high rate silver oxide electrodes for silver zinc reserve battery

摘  要:通过化学法制备了氧化银(Ag_2O)粉末,对制备的氧化银(Ag_2O)粉末采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面与孔径分析仪(BET)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、综合热分析仪(TG)进行分析表征。采用匀浆涂布工艺制备了厚度60μm的超薄正极板,并对电极的电性能进行测试。结果表明,制备的氧化银(Ag_2O)粉末纯度为95.6%,形貌为微米级球状堆积颗粒,比表面积0.621 m^2/g;制备的电极活性物质分布均匀、强度好、弯曲不脱粉;电极在4.7 C和14 C下恒流放电电压精度分别为±7.9%和±9.8%,在140 C脉冲放电下电压高于71.4%负载最高电压,电极活性物质利用率可以达到82%以上。Silver oxide (Ag2O) powder was chemically synthesized. SEM, BET, XRD and TG were conducted to charactedze the Ag2O powder. The cathodes of 0.060 mm in thickness were made by pasting Ag2Oonto the substrate. The electrodes were characterized by discharge tests. The results indicate that the synthetic material composed of 95.6% silver oxide (Ag2O) is micro spherical powder with specific area of 0.621 m2/g. Electrodes exhibit good uniformity, intensity and flexibility. The voltage precision at 4.7 C and 14 C are ±7.9% and ±9.8% respectively. And the utilization of Ag2O exceeds 82%.
