摘 要:对使用粉末冶金热压法制备GeTe基温差电材料进行了研究。通过改变温度、压力等热压工艺参数制备不同的GeTe材料样品。然后分别测量它们的密度、电导率、塞贝克系数等性能参数。在对这些性能参数进行分析的基础上,优化了GeTe材料的热压工艺。按照上面的工艺,制备出了GeTe基温差电材料的样品。经测试其无量纲优值ZT在400℃下可以达到1.56。The preparing process of GeTe-based thermoelectric material by powder metallurgy hot-pressing method was researched. Different GeTe material samples were prepared by changing temperature, pressure and other hot-pressing process parameters. The performance parameters such as density, conductivity and Seebeck coefficient were measured. Based on the analysis of these performance parameters, the hot-pressing process of GeTe material was optimized. In accordance with the above process, the GeTe-based thermoelectric material sample was prepared. The dimensionless figure of merit ZT of sample can reach 1.56 at 400 ℃.
