摘 要:试验旨在研究负离子矿物质制剂对产蛋期蛋鸡血清生化及免疫指标的影响。试验选择960只健康无病,日龄、体况较为一致的蛋鸡,采用完全随机设计,将960只蛋鸡随机分成A、B、C三组,每组5个重复,每个重复64只鸡。对照组A饲喂基础日粮,B组饲喂基础日粮+0.3%的负离子矿物质制剂;C组饲喂基础日粮+0.5%负离子矿物质制剂。试验期共49 d,预饲期为7 d,正式试验期为42 d。试验结果表明:1血清生化指标:C组比A组总蛋白含量提高了15.98%(P<0.05);B组和C组胆固醇的含量比A组分别降低了4.21%(P<0.05)、28.74%(P<0.05),甘油三酯含量分别降低了8.95%(P<0.05)、37.63%(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶的含量分别提高了20.64%(P<0.05)和32.24%(P<0.05),C组比A组尿素氮的含量降低了15.09%(P<0.05);2血清免疫指标:随着负离子矿物质制剂水平的提高,蛋鸡血清Ig A、Ig M、Ig G的含量较对照组A有升高趋势,且C组血清中Ig A和Ig M的含量比对照组A分别提高了47.61%(P<0.05)、31.82%(P<0.05)。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of supplementation of anion minerals addi- tives on serum biochemistry and immune indexes in laying hens. 960 laying hens were randomly divid- ed into three groups, they were group A, group B and group C. Each group had five repeats, each re- peat had 64 chickens. The hens in group A were fed basal diet, basal diet for group B contained 0.3% anion mineral additive and basal for group C diet contained 0,5% anion mineral additive. Trial period was 49 days including preliminary trial period which lasted for 7 d and trial period which lasted for 42 d. Index of serum biochemistry and immune of laying hens were measured during the experiment peri- od. The results showed that supplementation of 0.5% mineral additives significantly increased the con- tent of total protein by 15.98%(P〈0.05) compared with the control, and both 0.3% anion mineral addi- tive and 0.5% anion mineral additive significantly decreased the content of cholesterol by 4.21%(P〈 0.05), 28.74%(P〈0.05) and the content of triglyceride by 8.95%(P〈0.05), 37.63%(P〈0.05) respectively, and significantly increased the content of alkaline phosphatase by 20.64%(P〈0.05), 32.24%(P〈0.05) re- spectively. Supplementation of 0.5% anion mineral additive significantly decreased content of urea ni- trogen by 15.09%(P〈0.05) compared with control. In addition, supplementation of 0.5% anion mineral additive significantly increased the content of IgM and IgA by 47.61%(P〈0.05), 31.82%(P〈0.05) re- spectively compared to control.
