摘　　要：目的建立溶剂解吸-气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯的检测技术。方法对工作场所空气中的丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯,用活性炭管采集,用二硫化碳溶液解吸,经HP-INNOWAX石英弹性毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯的浓度为0μg/ml^500μg/ml时,线性关系良好,检出限分别为1.1μg/ml、0.98μg/ml、0.91μg/ml,最低检出浓度(以1.5 L空气计)分别为0.7 mg/m^3、0.7 mg/m^3、0.6 mg/m^3,解吸效率为91.4%~99.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~3.6%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可同时测定丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯,适用于工作场所空气中丙烯酸酯类的日常监测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of methyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate,butyl acrylate in workplace air by solvent desorption-gas chromatography.Methods Methyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate in workplace air were collected with active charcoal tube,then absorbed in solution with carbon disulfide,separated with a HP-INNOWAX capillary column,and detected by flame ionization detector.Results Good linearity was found when the concentrations of 3 kinds of acrylic were within 0 μg/ml-500 μg/ml,with the detection limits of 1.1 μg/ml,0.98 μg/ml and 0.91 μg/ml;the limit of detection（based on sample volume of 1.5L） was 0.7 mg/m^3,0.7 mg/m^3,0.6 mg/m^3 respectively,with the desorption efficiency of 91.4%-99.6% and relative standard deviation（RSD） within 1.9%-3.6%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate and sensitive,which can simultaneously detect methyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate,butyl acrylate,and is suitable for the detection of acrylic esters in workplace air.
