摘　　要：介绍了环氧乙烷产能和乙氧基化项目的快速增长情况。简述了国内乙氧基化技术的进步、存在问题和工艺特点,对国内不同类型的乙氧基化技术的工艺性能和适用情况进行了对比分析。从生产事故、政府监管以及工程设计方面阐述了乙氧基化项目建设和运行的严峻形势,分析了环氧乙烷爆聚给乙氧基化生产带来的严重危害并提出解决思路。The paper introduces the rapid growth of ethylene oxide production capacity and ethoxylation plants. Technology improvement,weakness and process characteristic of internal ethoxylation have been summarized. The performances and applicable conditions of different ethoxylation processes are compared and analyzed. The current situation about production accidents, government regulation and engineering design are very grim, so the requirements about construction and operation of ethoxylation plants are very high. Especially, explosive polymerization of ethylene oxide has brought serious harm to production of ethoxylate, and some solutions are proposed.
