摘　　要：陈莹教授认为原发性痛经以虚实夹杂者多见,虚为脾肾阳虚,实乃血瘀,以虚为本,以实为标,因虚致实。强调在月经不同时期采用相应治疗,经前及经期治本兼以治标;经期胞宫由满而溢,经血以畅下为顺,应因势利导,"通因通用",活血化瘀,使经血畅下,给瘀血以出路,瘀去冲任胞宫通畅,痛经自止,达到"通则不痛",标本兼治的目的。益火之源,以消阴翳,自拟经痛汤,白术15g,白芍30g,牛膝、炙甘草10g,延胡索20g,柴胡10g,巴戟天15g,菟丝子25g,川楝子15g,荔枝核25g,益母草、蒲黄、没药、桂枝、鹿角霜、五灵脂各15g。平时温补肾阳,右归胶囊;经前7d服用经痛汤,佐以血府逐瘀胶囊等活血祛瘀药物。嘱患者注意保暖,保持心情舒畅,注意饮食调理及生活起居。Professor CHEN Ying believed that the primary dysmenorrhea in excess of the actual situation inclusions, deficiency refers to the deficiency of the spleen and kidney, refers to the blood stasis, with a virtual reality, in fact, the standard, due to deficiency of the real.Emphasis in different periods of the menstrual cycle by corresponding treatment principle, premenstrual and menstrual period should be the fundamental basis, and the symptoms of.
