黄芪建中汤治疗血小板减少症26例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察黄芪建中汤治疗血小板减少症疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,32例住院患者黄芪建中汤(黄芪15g,桂枝、白芍各9g,生姜、炙甘草、饴糖各6g,大枣12枚,仙鹤草30g,茜草15g;头晕乏力明显加白术、当归各15g;畏寒加制附片(先煎)9g;失眠心悸明显加生龙骨、生牡蛎各30g,炒枣仁30g;反复出血加重仙鹤草、茜草用量),1剂/d,水煎600m L,早晚口服。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈14例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率88.46%。[结论]黄芪建中汤治疗血小板减少症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Tang in the treatment of thrombocytopenia. [Method] Using a prospective design method, 32 patients with thrombocytopenia were included in the hospital. All patients taking Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction. （Prescription composition： Astragalus 15 g, Cassia twig 9 g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 9 g, ginger 6 g, Licorice 6g, Maltose 6g, Jujube 12 Pcs,） Agrimony 30 g, Radix rubiael5 g, Dizziness and fatigue significantly, add Atractylodes 15 g, Angelica 15 g; Add monkshood 9g （be decocted first）when feel chills;Insomnia and palpitations significantly, add fossil fragments 30 g, raw oyster 30 g, stir-baked Zaoren 30 g. Repeated hemorrhage increased dosage of Agrimony, Radix rubiae.1 doseage/ day, water decoction to 600 mL, Morning and evening oral. 20 consecutive days of treatment for 1 courses. The clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. The end of the 1 course of treatment, Judgment effect of the treatment. [Results] 14 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.46%. [Conclusion] Huangqi Jianzhong Tang in the treatment of Thrombocytopenia in patients with satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
