疏肝益肾汤治疗紧张性头痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟疏肝益肾汤治疗紧张性头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照,将96例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组48例氟桂利嗪,10mg/次,每晚睡前口服。治疗组48例疏肝益肾汤(柴胡、栀子、山萸、山药各12g,当归、川芎各15g,白芍25g,生地、熟地各20g,薄荷、生甘草各6g,丹皮9g,茯苓、泽泻各12g),2次/d,口服。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效14例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率87.50%;对照组痊愈11例,显效6例,有效12例,无效19例,总有效率60.42%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组VAS评分下降幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]疏肝益肾汤治疗紧张性头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To Observe effect of treating TTH（tension type headache） with Self-made Shuganyishen soup. [Methods] Using randomized paralle] control, 96 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number method. The control group of 48 cases of flunarizine, 10 rag/times, orally at bedtime., Treatment group 48 cases of soothing the liver and invigorating kidney decoction （bupleurum root, gardenia, Dogwood Fruit, yam 12 g, Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica 15 g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 25 g, raw land, Rehmannia 20 g, Mint, licorice root 6 g, 9 g of Cortex Moutan, Poria, Alisma 12 g）, 2 times/D, oral.Continuous treatment for 1 weeks for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, VAS score, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment for 4 courses of treatment, to evaluate the curative effect. [Results] In the treatment group, 20 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 87.50%. In the control group, 11 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 19 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 60.42%; The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P^0.01）. The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Soothing the Liver and Invigorating Kidney Decoction for the treatment of tension headache has satisfactory curative effect, without serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
