补中益肺汤联合西药治疗痰热壅肺慢性支气管炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补中益肺汤联合西药治疗痰热壅肺慢性支气管炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例住院及门诊患者按抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组51例头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠,5%葡萄糖稀释至50~100m L,滴注30~60min,2~4g/d,≤4g/d;氨溴索,2片/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组51例补中益肺汤（党参、白术、茯苓各15g,炙甘草、法半夏各10g,陈皮5g,桑白皮15g,瓜蒌仁、浙贝母各12g,前胡10g,杏仁12g,桔梗、紫菀各10g,款冬花15g）,水煎400m L,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程（90d）,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效27例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率9.16%;对照组显效20例,有效16例,无效15例,总有效率70.59%;治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]补中益肺汤联合西药治疗痰热壅肺慢性支气管炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the Buzhong Yifei decoction combined with western medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis of phlegm heat obstructing lung. [Methods] 102 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random parallel control. Control group （51 cases of cefoperazone and sulbactam sodium, 5% glucose dissolved and diluted to 50-100 mL, infusion of 30-60 rain, 2-4 g/d, is less than or equal to 4 g/d; ambroxol, 2/time, 3 times daily, oral. 51 cases in the treatment group added Zhongyi lung soup （Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Poria 15 g, Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Rhizoma Pinelliae each 10g, tangerine peel 5 g, white mulberry root bark 15 g, Ren Fructus Trichosanthis, Zhejiang Fritillaria 12 g, Radix Peucedani 10 g, almond 12 g, Radix Platycodonis, Radix Asteris each 10 g, coltsfoot flower 15 g）, water to cook 400 mL, sooner or later, warm clothes; western medicine in the treatment of with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 90 d. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment （90 d）, determine the efficacy. [Result] 27 cases were markedly effective, 20 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 9.16%; the control group was 20 cases, 16 cases were effective, 15 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 70.59%. The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Buzhong Yifei decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of phlegm heat obstructing the lung chronic bronchitis, and the results were satisfactory. No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
