摘　　要：过敏体质属特禀质,遗传因素是过敏体质形成主要原因,阴阳失衡导致机体易受外界某些因子影响而引起过敏反应,避免过敏物不能根本上治疗过敏疾病,治愈关键是体质调控,益气固表或凉血消风可改善过敏体质偏颇状态。小儿生理特点是脾常不足,易因后天饮食不节、过服寒凉药物、病后失调等原因而损伤脾胃,导致脾虚,调整小儿过敏体质偏颇状态关键在于健脾。物质的寒热偏性是诱发小儿过敏的重要原因,脾虚是导致小儿过敏体质病机关键。健脾同时也应根据具体情况注意祛湿、消食、清热、滋阴等,如此,健脾之功才能事半功倍。脾肺若虚,水精不足以充分濡养肝脏,金气不足以收敛肝木的发散之性,则肝风易动,机体易对动风之品敏感。过敏反应易有风邪致病特点,善行数变、侵袭阳位、皮肤瘙痒时,应注意调理肺、肝二脏,祛除机体易受风邪病因。Allergies belong to special intrinsic quality, genetic factors are the main reason for the formation of allergy, the body＇s yin and yang imbalance leads susceptible to external influence certain factors cause allergic reactions, can not avoid the allergens to treat allergic disease fundamentally, the key is to cure physical control, Qi solid form or cooling Xiaofeng can improve allergy biased state.
