摘　　要：探讨了构建面向全军院校图书馆的个性化服务保障体系的必要性,对支撑构建个性化服务保障体系的各种因素及其现状进行了分析,找出了发展的不足,提出了针对性的改进措施。This paper probes into the necessity of constructing the personalized service security system for all military university libraries, analyzes various factors supporting the construction of the personalized service security system and the current status of these factors, finds out some shortages in its development, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures.
