摘  要:高压换热器结焦堵塞、反应器床层压力降上升是近年来制约中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司1号焦化汽油加氢装置长周期运行的主要因素。对装置原料及换热器结焦物进行分析,发现原料中烯烃(二烯烃)质量分数达到17.96%(1.49%),而换热器垢物中有机结焦物质量分数为91.6%,认为有机物结焦、焦粉等杂质沉积是垢物生成的主要原因。通过增设原料油过滤器、预反应器系统,采取原料保护、换热流程优化等措施,可有效缓解原料在高压换热器和反应器顶部的结垢,延长装置运行周期。The coking of the heat exchanger and the rising of pressure drop in the reactor bed were the main factors restricting the long-term operation of coker naphtha hydrogenation unit in Maoming Petrochemical Company in recent years.It was found from analyzing the plant' s feedstocks and fouling samples in heat exchanger that the olefin (diolefin) was high in the feedstocks,which was about 17.96% (1.49%).Whereas,the composition of organic coking in the fouling sample was about 91.6%.It could be concluded that the coking of the organics and deposition of coke powder were the main causes leading to the formation of fouling.The taking of such measures as adding feedstock filtration system and pre-reaction system,properly protecting the feedstocks and optimizing the heat exchange process could effectively alleviate the coking of feedstocks in HP heat exchanger and overhead of reactor and extend the running cycle of the plant.
