摘 要:调合燃料油在使用过程中易出现管路和过滤器堵塞、燃烧不良、腐蚀磨损加剧等问题。因此,找出适用于调合重质船用燃料油的稳定性评价方法很有必要。采用渣油、页岩油、煤制柴油调合出了符合行业标准的船用180号燃料油,并采用P值法、K值法、斑点试验、混兑试验以及梯度黏度法考察了调合后燃料油的稳定性。结果表明,P值法、K值法不适合调合燃料油稳定性的预测,斑点试验和混兑试验属于定性试验,不能用于定量预测调合燃料油的稳定性,梯度黏度法可用于预测调合燃料油的稳定性评价。The problems of intensified filter clogging,poor combustion and corrosion existed in the course of utilization of blended fuel oils.Therefore,it was necessary to find the appropriate test method for the stability for blended fuel oils.The residual oil,shale oil,kerosene and diesel were used to prepare 180# marine fuel oil which meets applicable national standards.The P value method,K value method,spot test,blended test and gradient viscosity method were adopted to investigate the stability of blended marine fuel oil.The results show that the P value method and K value method are not suitable for the prediction of stability of blended marine fuel oil.However,the spot test and blending test are the qualitative analyses tests,which cannot be used to for quantitative prediction of the stability for blended marine fuel oil.The gradient viscosity method can be an appropriate means to predict the stability of the blended fuel oil.
