痛经颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痛经颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将100例符合临床诊断标准的子宫内膜异位症患者按照性别、年龄、病程随机随机分为治疗组60例,对照组40例。对照组给予小剂量米非司酮每日12.5mg,治疗组在对照组基础上给予痛经颗粒治疗,3个月经周期为1个疗程,疗程结束后统计疗效,并进行半年的随访。结果 1治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为72.50%,两组临床疗效比较,Z=-6.871,P=0.000,治疗组优于对照组;2两组患者治疗后中医症状评分、VAS评分、血清Ca125值、盆腔B超附件包块的体积均较前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。3对照组出现明显不良反应比例明显低于治疗组,改为饭后半小时温服后治疗者部分患者腹泻症状消失。结论痛经颗粒联合小剂量米非司酮在治疗子宫内膜异位症方面有较好的疗效,能够减轻患者痛经及降低患者症候积分的作用,且安全性高。Objective Study on granule in the treatment of endometriosis - associated dysmenorrhea clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Totally 100 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of endometriosis patients according to the random number table method （3：2） is divided into a treatment group of 60 cases, 40 cases in the control group. The control group was given small dose of mifepristone daily 12. 5mg, the treatment group in the control group based on the given Tongjing granule treatment, 3 menstrual cycles for 1 courses, the statistical effect after the end of treatment, and six months follow - up. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% , 72. 50% in the control group, compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups, Z = - 6. 871, P = 0. 000, the treatment group than the control group; in the two groups after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, VAS score, serum Ca125 value B ultrasound, pelvic adnexal mass volume were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In control group, no obvious adverse reactions, treatment 2 cases of diarrhea, for half an hour after a meal to warm diarrhea disappeared. Conclusion Dysmenorrhea granule combined with low dose of Mifepristone in the treatment of eetopie endometrium has better curative effect, to alleviate dysmenorrhea in patients with symptom and is as- sociated with a score, and high security.
